The Client Group is hiring for a Tax Director or Principal to become a Leader in our Tax Practice with a Partnership opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Be a technical and consultative tax resource to all professionals in the firm.
- Keep up technically and disseminate information to tax professionals and the remainder of the firm as appropriate.
- Provide advice relating to a variety of corporate tax structure needs within our client base.
- Service a large book of clients.
- Consult with other professionals within the firm on technical tax matters.
- Assist all client service teams as needed (i.e. manager-level review of files, participating as a subject matter expert, etc.)
- Develop a strategic business development plan anticipating new tax service needs.
- Write articles and newsletters to disseminate tax law changes and issues to clients and prospective clients.

Requirements:
- Must possess a JD degree and an LLM is preferred.
- Must have deep and wide-ranging technical tax advisory skills covering a variety of areas.
- Must be skilled at tax planning and consulting.
- Must possess proficient computer skills, with particular skills in building financial models.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $107,529.51 - $243,247.70 per year
