Our client, a full-service, Am Law 200 law firm with offices in 13 locations is actively seeking a qualified attorney with a minimum of 10 years of tax experience to join our growing corporate practice group.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of tax experience.
• Experience in tax aspects of corporate transactions, including partnership transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructurings.
• JD Required.
• LLM in Tax is strongly preferred.
• Admittance to the Minnesota State Bar required.
