Tax Attorney

Description:

We are looking for a Tax Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in tax law, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of business law and tax matters
• Research and analyze complex tax issues
• Draft legal documents, such as tax memoranda, tax opinions, and Operating Agreements
• Prepare for and attend tax audits and other tax proceedings
• Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Excellent research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
