Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking Tax and Audit Associate for a well-established CPA firm in North OC area. Professional Search Group has a long standing working partnership with this firm.
Tax and Audit Associate Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Tax returns for Individuals, all business entities, Gift & Estate tax and Non-profits Organization Tax returns
- Multi-State Tax returns for business
- Multi-State Tax returns for individuals
- International Tax compliances
- Financial Statement Audits, Reviews, and Compilations
- Audit representation with IRS and all the States Tax authorities
- FBAR and FACTA compliance
- FBAR Streamline compliance
Tax and Audit Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years' experience in Public Accounting
- CPA license , Enrolled Agent, Chartered Accountant (India) is a plus
- Knowledge of Lacerte, QuickBooks, Accounting CS is a plus
