- Practice Focus: Federal, State, and International Tax Law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises
- Salary Range:$365,000 - $435,000 (based on year classification)
Responsibilities:
- Support technology and life sciences clients at all growth stage.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance activities.
- Handle equity financings, technology transfers, and complex licensing and collaboration arrangements.
- Engage in domestic and international tax planning.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
