We are seeking a dedicated Tax Administrator, reporting to the Director. Responsible for the data entry and processing of tax, assessment and personal property return information going into a database. This is an in-office position located in Southlake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures all tax and assessment data is entered daily

• First review of automated data entry

• Attaches all relevant documents into database

• Processes and attaches personal property tax (PPT) Returns into database

• Tracks down missing information parcel details, assessment notices, tax bills and refunds

• Research incomplete data in database

• Tracks payments to ensure tax bills are paid - Calls jurisdictions on any miss payments or misdirected payments

Key Qualifications:

• Secondary School Diploma or College Diploma required

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience required

• Data Entry experience required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills including written word
