Key Responsibilities:
- Stocking and restocking bar areas with supplies, glassware, and ice
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile
- Handling multiple tasks calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the establishment
- Educating guests about mead and other craft beverages
Requirements:
- BASSETT certificate is required
- Proficiency in POS systems commonly used in the restaurant and wine industries
- Ability to handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
