```Duties:```
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the room
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Coordinate and supervise room staff, including scheduling and training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and bartending as needed
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service industry
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
