Tasting Room Host

Job Description:

As a Tasting Room Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and knowledgeable information about our products to create a memorable guest experience. We want our guests to enjoy the unique experience we provide and leave wanting to come back again. We all have a responsibility to our guests – so it is essential that you take pride in delivering an exceptional experience. Previous experience working as a server or in a bar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities:
·Greet and serve guests as if they were friends
·Provide an accurate and timely service
·Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while maintaining cleanliness standards
·Assist guests with payment for their service
·Answer guests’ questions about food, beverages, or special requests
·Promote and sell with a deep understanding of our own product
·Perform opening & closing duties and other maintenance-related tasks
·Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and meet safety standards
·Adhere to company policies and procedures
·Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

Qualifications:
Must be 21 years old.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
Ability to lift 25 pounds, climb stairs, stand, push/pull/lift objects, and carry objects.
Ability to follow instructions from management and staff.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
