We are seeking a skilled Task Force General Manager to become part of our team at stayAPT Suites located in Raleigh, NC. As the Task Force General Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service standards and crafting an exceptional guest journey. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding our team towards delivering exceptional hospitality and cultivating a welcoming environment for our guests. This position will entail formulating operational protocols to ensure effectiveness and uniform excellence, as well as fostering and managing relationships with clients and other significant stakeholders. Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Trains and/or works in other positions to assist assigned properties with employee training or shortages in positions. Including but not limited to front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- The position requires accountability and effective communication
- Works within established guidelines and keeps corporate supervision informed continually of operations progress
- Promote community awareness of the hotel and market share
- Ensures that corporate reporting deadlines are met and all required documents are submitted to accounting
- Drive high guest satisfaction and drive positive online reviews while keeping a positive team spirit are a priority
- Provides effective people leadership of assigned hotels by attracting, motivating, developing, rewarding, and retaining top talent
- Assist with New openings, room and BOH setup, recruiting, Onboarding, and training all positions
- Ensures General Managers, HSK and Front desk are trained using only approved company and brand standards
- Assist in planning, managing, and attending guest events
- Conduct Sales related activity including blitzing and driving brand awareness for new entry markets
- Must possess strong leadership and management abilities to effectively oversee operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry, including services and facilities, is required
- Exceptional guest service skills are a must for creating a superior guest experience
- Attention to detail, excellent organization, and communication skills are vital for success in this position
