This role will actively support the implementation and administration of the Performance Development module of the LMS (learning management system). In addition, the role facilitates different business projects and objectives across the Enterprise as it relates to the Performance Development system. The role will be the system administration expert within the Performance Development System (PD) and support the organization with usage. This role will ensure that processes and governance are followed consistently by yourself and others.
Successful candidate will reside in any of the established Merakey states (CA, DE, LA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA).

Required:
- Knowledge of Cornerstone Performance Management system administrative duties.
- Experience working with Talent Systems including succession data, co-worker data and reporting.
- Understands regulations of privacy around working with sensitive data.
- Working knowledge of: Competency modeling, assessment methodologies, performance development processes/cycles, performance development systems.
Preferred:
- HR knowledge a plus Bachelor's Degree or other equivalent experience 2+ years working with HR systems, preferably Talent Systems; LMS experience a plus.
