As a Talent Success Coach at Interapt, you play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization. Your primary responsibility is to assist Interapt talent in identifying, developing, and maximizing their professional growth to promote their success as well as the success of our Employer Partners. Reporting to the Talent Success Manager, you will leverage the Talent Success Model to ensure that our talent is seamlessly connected to Interapt's learning and development solutions.
Talent Development – Professional Coaching
- Conduct one-on-one Connections with Interapt talent to identify project-related assignments, training opportunities, and establish individualized goals.
- Lead insightful conversations to uncover both professional and technical training needs.
- Integrate apprenticeship milestones into one-on-one Connections
- Review Employer Partner Feedback with talent, collaboratively establishing realistic action plans for personal and professional growth.
- Document and communicate the status of talent morale and performance
Training Development – Leveraging Resources
- Research and recommend Interapt resources and training to support professional development plans
- Collaborate with Training Success to establish technical learning plans as needed.
- Facilitate and support professional development workshops as needed.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive culture in all interactions.
Talent Outreach – Creating Connection
- Utilize effective communication and establish a culture of mentorship.
- Support goals and engagement of the Interapt Alumni Network
- Contribute to initiatives delivering Interapt’s message through webinars, social media, etc.
Professional Development – Continuous Learning
- Embrace continuous coaching to enhance professional and leadership acumen.
- Leverage internal tools and external resources for self-development
Requirements
- Prior leadership/coaching experience in any professional environment.
- Must have a drive to understand and develop technology career pathways
- Training/experience/certification in a technical field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective multitasking, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Passion for developing a diverse population
