Job Description
Position Summary: The Talent Scout will assist our Account Executive(s) and Vice President(s) with sourcing candidates, creating job postings, and writing recruitment material. Our goal for this role is that this person will continue to develop within the framework of full cycle recruitment and provide valuable support during a crucial growth period of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search methods, and other avenues
- Assist Account Executive(s) with developing and implementing recruitment projects
- Compose job descriptions, summaries, and messages to promote open positions to candidates
- Write submissions that summarize candidate profiles for clients
- Conduct initial phone screening of candidates, as assigned
- Process resumes, bounceback emails, and other data entry
- Assist with lead generation
- Other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Two or more years of experience in B2B services, sales, or at a recruiting firm preferred
- Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Positive and enthusiastic customer service attitude, demonstrates patience and compassion
- Analytical mind-set, diligent, and initiative-taker
- Interest in the recruiting industry
- Ability to write content in a professional voice
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly
Job Type: Full-Time Remote Work
Location: Seeking a candidate who resides in the Western U.S. region
Position Reports To: Account Executive with dotted line to Vice President(s) and President
Comp and Benefits: Hourly + commission, paid sick leave, PTO, tech reimbursement, plus health, dental, life insurance offerings, 401k plan, 401k employer match, and profit sharing
Work Hours: Mondays through Thursdays, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Fridays 8:30am - 4:00pm PST
