JOB SUMMARY:
This role will support the Director of Talent Development in all facets of learning and development. They will collaborate with the Director and other internal resources to ensure that our new hires are set up for success in their new roles.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent Development Director and internal resources to determine what new associates need to prepare for their new job and how best to support them.
- Prepare training materials and onboarding procedures and schedule other programs that provide newly recruited talent with the chance to learn the corporate culture of the organization.
- Facilitate the onboarding of associates into the Learning Portal.
- Reset associates in the Learning Portal
- Build and monitor Reports and Training within the Learning Portal.
- Assist Director of Talent Develop in developing classes within the Learning Portal
- Assist Site management with understanding the operation and reports in the Learning Portal.

QUALIFICATIONS:
education and/or experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Basic to Intermediate Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Customer service experience preferred
knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Customer service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
