Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent & Culture Associate for our new Las Vegas office and fabrication facility. This is an HR generalist role, which is a mix of talent, learning and general admin support. Your day will be a mix of regular tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) mixed with on the fly requests (fire of the day) and then some longer-term projects.
You will be successful if:
- You are METICULOUS with details. All new hires (temp or full time) are processed accurately and quickly.
- You use your organizational skills to prioritize requests from various sources.
- You can navigate our multiple HR systems, learn how to get information from each and support us with some administrative maintenance of the systems. Being or becoming a super user!
- You use the advanced functions of Excel to organize data pulled from systems and present in a logical and clean way for others to then utilize the data. Your spreadsheets don't have extra lines on another page, you make sure no data is dropped, formatting is correct, and you catch other people's spelling mistakes!
- You keep confidential information discrete.
- You complete your regular tasks without reminders and within deadline.
- Work is approached with a positive and willing attitude.

What you'll need:
Work Experience & Education 3 Years of Talent/Human Resources experience plus high school diploma/equivalent OR college degree + some office work experience. Payroll and Benefits experience highly preferred.
Computer Skills Google Suite, Advanced Word, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, conditional formatting, if statements, etc), and Intermediate PowerPoint
