About the role:

Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join Takeda as the Talent Acquisition Partner for Global Corporate Functions at the Sr. Manager level located in Cambridge, MA. This position reports into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Corporate Functions and will be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders with a deep understanding of talent market, Talent Acquisition practices and tools including external trends and contemporary thought leadership. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, Global Corporate Functions, you will drive the full Talent Acquisition life cycle within Global Corporate Functions, attract and hire the best people, working alongside HR Leaders and key business to deploy our Talent Acquisition strategy.

How you will contribute:

  • Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to build a top-tier, qualified workforce, and a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) Head, HR Leadership, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved.

  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle including job requisition, sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation. Meet Service level agreements. Manage process feedback loops. Provide continuous improvements.

  • Lead and/or support projects as part of the long-term strategy of building a best-in-class Talent Acquisition organization. Participate in Global TA/HR projects and Communities of Practice as required. Align with cross-functional TA colleagues to deploy Talent Acquisition programs regionally.

  • Create diverse talent pools for business-critical roles, proactively, applying talent sourcing and candidate management tools (HiredScore, Avature)

  • Build relationships with and manage performance of external partners including RPOs (recruitment process outsourcing) and preferred agencies.

  • Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.

  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring activities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 6+ years' experience within Talent Acquisition driving end-to-end recruitment is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.

  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management.

  • Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry is strongly preferred

  • Domestic travel required, estimated up to 20%
