Job Description
Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner will source and attract candidates using recruiting databases along with social media and any other feasible recruiting sources. HR Recruiter will collaborate with client hiring managers, and HR Generalist on a regular basis to establish and carryout sourcing strategies.
Essential Accountabilities:
- Conducts calibration meetings with stakeholders as required
- Responsible for developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Responsible for preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule
- Provide well documented recruiting reports to ensure compliant applicant tracking
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an HR related field
Qualifications:
- Solid ability to conduct interviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Strong decision-making skills
