Talent Acquisition Partner
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Operations division. This position falls is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will develop and execute methods of identifying, sourcing, assessing and attracting top talent for FLEETCOR. You will partner closely with business executives, corporate, operational managers and senior staff to proactively source, screen and procure new talent into various roles throughout the organization. You will report directly to Talent Acquisitions Manager and regularly collaborate with the hiring managers, TAP manager. The TAP is expected to meet aggressive hiring goals, maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants and contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects as assigned. The TAP serves as brand ambassador for FLEETCOR through every candidate, community or vendor interaction. The TAP will be recruiting primarily for high volume operation roles.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for open positions by way of cold calls, networking, reviewing applications/resumes and conducting interviews
  • Making recommendations to hiring manager of qualified candidates
  • Interviewing applicants to validate their work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position where they are being considered
  • Participating in Talent Acquisition based projects, including vendor selection and management, workforce planning, and profile alignment, among other things
  • Acting as an employer brand Ambassador for FLEETCOR through every candidate/community/vendor touch
  • Utilizing online recruiting sources and social networks, making recommendations to identify and recruit candidates, and researching new ways of using technology for recruitment
  • Identifying and utilizing viable recruiting sources such as educational institutions, employment organizations, media sources, online databases, social media and job fairs; maintaining a good working relationship with these sources
  • Proactively developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of talent for local and national positions
  • Participating in the tactical and strategic planning process of various departments, matching business plan with recruiting needs
  • Managing and driving projects and programs as a means of building the Talent Acquisition function in support of business requirements
  • Keeping abreast of state, federal, and company procedures/policies as they pertain to employment, safety, and health issues
  • Researching, analyzing, and presenting trends, metrics, and hiring statistics to leadership
  • Educating and training the hiring managers on hiring best practices

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience managing a high volume of open requisitions

• Proven ability to strategize, prioritize and develop creative new methods to attract talent to fill candidate pipeline
• Experience recruiting at various job levels; hourly, professional, managerial, senior leadership
• Prior experience utilizing an ATS tool
• Proven ability to think strategically and put together recruiting strategies, including identifying creative sourcing channels
• Experience with multiple and diverse candidate sourcing channels such as campus recruiting, job boards, business/diversity groups, social media, LinkedIn
• Solid interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Must have strong time management skills, sense of urgency and ability to multitask
• PHR and/or AIRS certifications preferred
• Knowledge of Behavioral, Situational and/or Competency Based interviewing techniques
