Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the hiring needs of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process. In this position, you will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.
- Assist with bi-annual preparation for talent assessment process
- Assist with New Hire Buddy/Mentorship program
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies during the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
