Revo Healthprovides business support to innovative healthcare organizations across the country including i-Health and ASC's locally. Revo helps with management, so providers can focus on medicine.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator leads the way in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). You'll be responsible for providing team support primarily for the Talent Acquisition function by creating and delivering an efficient hiring process and exceptional candidate experience. This role wears multiple hats coordinating activities, managing candidates in our applicant tracking system and driving efficiency throughout the hiring/onboarding processes.
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely two (2) days per week.
Essential Functions:

  • Provide timely and professional, service to internal and external customers' requests for information via the HR Inbox, email, over the phone, video conferencing, or face to face
  • Facilitates the hiring processes such as opening requisitions, creating job postings, initiating new hire onboarding processes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Create and post positions in the Applicant Tracking System, as well as relevant career websites
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Team members as needed to to ensure and deliver a great employment experience.
  • Initiate and monitor criminal background checks ; address discrepancies and work with appropriate team members throughout the verification process
  • Prepare accurate offer letters for selected candidates and ensure all communications are sent to candidates as appropriate
  • Partner with IT and Credentialing departments to coordinate new hire setup and equipment
  • Provide bi-weekly payroll exception report updates including new hires, sign on bonuses, job transfers, and referral bonuses
  • Track, audit, and follow up on signed offer letters and Form I-9s
  • Coordinate and send details regarding new employee On Boarding arrangements
  • Act as contact person for inquiries about job applications, questions about specific positions, on boarding, etc.
  • May be asked to coordinate and/or participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs
  • Provide support for Talent Acquisition team projects and initiatives
  • Perform related work as apparent or assigned, keeping leadership informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 2 Year degree with coursework in Human Resources, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR department within service- oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of clients and team members
  • Ability to maintain positivity while operating under pressure and meet deadlines with exceptional orientation to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks while balancing interruptions and shifts in workload throughout the day/week
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of information ensuring a high-quality work product is delivered
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and solution oriented

  • Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
  • Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
  • Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Understand and execute a variety of instructions
  • Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Travel to other work locations, if required

Environmental Conditions:
  • Hybrid - Home & Office setting (3 days in office required)
