We’re currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Headquarters team!
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process. The TAC responsibilities will entail everything from posting open positions to job boards, coordinating candidate travel, creating offer letters, conducting background checks and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met. The TAC will be the lead in coordinating new hire orientation at Headquarters (HQ) ensuring that all onboarding tasks are complete and new hires are welcome and equipped to begin their journey at Mister.
As the first point of contact to candidates and new hires, the ideal TAC will be able to provide a best-in-class experience to internal partners as well as all candidates. The TAC will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. This individual will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure end to end running of HR projects and initiatives as well as onboarding for HQ.
What you will do:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and oversee candidate interviews at HQ, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Be our Applicant Tracking System Champion.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and post offer experience.
  • Ensure all new hires are scheduled for orientation and other required meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events, assist with interview scheduling and maintain the Talent Acquisition Team calendar and agenda for meetings.
  • Serves as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures and practices to supervisors, HR team, and others. Refers to recruiting team and other staff as appropriate.
  • Assist Director of Talent Acquisition and recruiters with administrative recruiting duties, communicating with other departments as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside recruiting agencies as necessary.
  • Develop strong, effective, working relationships across the organization to lead and support managers and employees in the areas of Talent Acquisition.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including educating newly hired employees on key HR policies, internal procedures, and processes.
  • Liaison with IT, coordinates IT needs for HR and new hires and off boarding
  • Manage our Recruitment Inbox and correspond on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Help build an employee centric onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Respond to employer reviews on job board platforms.
  • Assist with internal and external relocation, working directly with the vendor on all company relocations.
  • Partner with Marketing to leverage social media to promote the Company’s unique culture and showcase us as an employer of choice.
  • Champion new and innovative ways to be more efficient in the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding space.
  • Other duties assigned.
How you will shine:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruiter in a corporate environment
  • Associate degree
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead conversations, gain insight and build trust and collaboration with various types of people.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills including detail orientation
  • Punctual with an ability to meet or exceed project timelines.
  • Proficient in the use of an Applicant Tracking Software (ATS).
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and use in recruiting.
  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience preferred.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, include and innovate.
