Mama Ricotta’s is consistently rated among the city’s best Italian restaurants providing exemplary service to our guests since 1992. After 30 years in business, Mama Ricotta's restaurant is expanding and refreshing its location housed in the Midtown area of Uptown Charlotte.

The Mama Ricotta’s team is looking to hire a Takeout Expeditor to help facilitate our large take-out business. If you love multi-tasking with the ability to make substantial earnings, we would love to meet you!

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to multitask multiple avenues of ordering
• Have excellent telephone skills
• Ability to stay organized in a chaotic environment
• Act as a liaison between guests and the kitchen
• Provide excellent guest service

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has previous high-volume restaurant experience (at least 2 years)
• Is well-versed in food handling procedures 
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can provide spectacular hospitality for our guests
• Is dependable and has a positive attitude and works well in a team
• Can maintain a calm and cool presence during the shift with a genuine smile
• Is able to work Wednesdays through Sundays evenings and some holidays
• Has great organization skills and strong attention to detail
• Can lift at least 25 pounds
• Can stand for long periods of time
