Tableau Training Specialist

We are currently seeking a Tableau Training & Curriculum Specialist to join our team to deliver and support the development of instructor led and online courses for Tableau and Alteryx. The learning events you will facilitate will be attended by internal colleagues, client personnel and external registrants from the greater business intelligence community.

As a Training & Curriculum Specialist, you will:

• Deliver Tableau software and Alteryx training courses both virtually and in person 
• Manage onboarding process/materials for new team members and continuing education for employees
• Maintain expertise on all software including new product releases and upgrades and teach others
• Continuously evaluate and apply software updates to existing curriculum to ensure most relevant content
• Design and implement ongoing training curriculum or enhance existing curriculum based on business, organization and industry demands
• Partner with department leads, sales and marketing to generate new training content (blogs, social media, organizational learning) and leads
• Analyze, design, and test various enhancements and changes to reports as business needs evolve
• Provide support and training to stakeholders on tools, reports and internal education

 

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum of 2 years delivering and/or developing technical Tableau training material for instructor led and online education sessions (REQUIRED)
• Alteryx experience a plus
• Desire to track training trends and implement traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and internal education programs)
• Strong presentation skills and an engaging communication style 
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Ability to travel up to 20%
