- Oversees Table Game Pit and performs the regulatory required duties of pit manager on an assigned shift.
- Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix
- Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
- Supervises Table Games employees with a direct reporting line to this position
- Ensures that customers behave properly and protects games personnel
- Must analyze customers play; cheating scams, counters, and unusual or suspicious variations of play
- Comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations, including Title 31 compliance
- Working knowledge of Oasis systems including but not limited to the following: printing, entering and paying markers, updating customer information within the player tracking system, Marketing reports, W2G printing & display, and Gaming & Table Reports
- Must be able to create and efficiently run schedules and road mapping
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
- Table Games Assistant Shift Manager may conduct Table Games Supervisor/Floorperson responsibilities while running breaks.
Table Games Assistant Shift Manager may be assigned as a Casino Shift Manager. When acting as a Casino Shift Manager, this position will report to the Casino Manager. Please see Casino Shift Manager job description for duties and responsibilities. When acting as a Casino Shift Manager, this position will not assume any Table Games Assistant Shift Manager responsibilities.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- A minimum of two years of employment as a dealer or Table Games supervisor within the last 10 years
- A minimum of six months of employment as a dealer within the same licensed facility where the dealer is applying to be a floor person
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
- Must complete all required company training
