Role:
We are currently seeking a Sr. Sourcer to join our Product TA team. This person will own pipeline development for a shortlist of business critical requisitions with internal visibility up to the VP level. As a key stakeholder in TA, you will also partner cross-functionally with peer recruiters and HRBPs to surface funnel conversion bottlenecks.
You will:
Drive intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing plans.
Manage recruiter hand-off and monitor conversion metrics.
Source active and passive candidates using various sources (X-ray search, Google search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Social Media Sourcing).
Create structure for tracking progress and validating pipeline momentum.
Proactively identify gaps in response rate and socialize ideas to unblock.
Requirements:
4+ years demonstrated success in sourcing hardware, software, firmware or other relevant technical industries.
Demonstrated understanding of performance metrics (conversion rate / KPI).
Direct sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Headhunting skills).
Ability to thrive in autonomy.
Bonus:
Understanding of the anatomy of vehicles (i.e. Body Structures, Gear Box, Drive Train, BIW).
Basic familiarity with Electric Vehicle terminology (i.e. ADAS, CAN, AUTOSAR, Battery Management Systems, etc.).
A well-developed knowledge of OEM’s within the automotive industry.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
- California (Bay Area) - $60-$80 on an hourly basis.
