Job Description:

As a T-Shirt Designer & Social Media Marketer at Artdog Designs, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing designs and leveraging Social Media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of illustrative capabilities, proficiency in AI design tools, and a deep understanding of Social Media marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Innovative T-Shirt Graphics:
• Conceptualize and create original, trend-setting designs for t-shirts that resonate with our target audience.
• Utilize your illustrative skills to develop visually captivating graphics that align with our brand aesthetic and messaging.
• Stay updated on current design trends, market preferences, and competitor offerings to ensure our designs remain relevant and competitive.
• Proficiency in AI Design Tools:
• Utilize AI design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software to bring your creative visions to life.
• Demonstrate fluency in using AI design tools to manipulate graphics, typography, and other design elements effectively.
• Explore innovative techniques and features within AI design tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of design creation.
• Social Media Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement Social Media marketing strategies to promote our t-shirt designs across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each Social Media platform to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute Social Media campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Convertible Sales Revenue:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to track the performance of t-shirt designs and Social Media marketing efforts.
• Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI to optimize design and marketing strategies for maximum sales revenue.
• Continuously iterate and refine designs and marketing tactics based on performance data and customer feedback to drive conversion and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a T-Shirt Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrative capabilities and design proficiency.
• Proficiency in AI design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
• Experience in Social Media marketing, including content creation, community engagement, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Social Media analytics and metrics to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on design trends, technology advancements, and Social Media best practices.
