- Experience working with Social Media applications, scheduling of Social Media, email campaign design (mailchimp or similar), and content creation
- A Degree or equivalent required in a Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
- Interest in creating content for high-end Design Industry products for the home.
- Mac Computer proficiency, including experience of CX and a proven track record maximising SEO, Google AdWords and Analytics, and experience using Adobe Photoshop/Canva or other similar photo/video editing Graphic design is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, forward planning, and Social Media scheduling
- You will be a highly motivated self-starter, creative and passionate with an ability to work autonomously on own workload
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Work collaboratively as part of the sales and management team, ability to discuss and share ideas, receive and implement management feedback
- Take directive initiative form the Director to develop and implement a marketing and communication strategy
- Maintain and deliver on the Social Media content calendar for various digital platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.) to include, selection of imagery, layout, design, and planned scheduling in line with agreed plans and approval by Management.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Create engaging text, image, and video content relevant and in line with our industry aesthetic
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products and our Company
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness and implement best practices to reach the appropriate audience
- Daily monitoring and responding to incoming emails and messages relating to the marketing department
- Manage requests for product visuals to support designers, architects, and the sales team
- Identify opportunities to improve statistics and connect with our target audience
- inventory management: upload listings and keep inventory updated on multiple platforms with current stock, including editing imaging and video for product upload, and website management
