Enable the integration of Mobility Network Plans for additions and modifications to wireless network components by providing project support in development of iPlan features and functionality, as well as user community support.

Job Description:

Interface with subject matter experts from user groups to provide iPlan system functionality that supports workgroup processes and data flow. Ensure that iPlan system functionality and performance exceeds the expectations of the user
community by managing project schedules for feature development. Interface with subject matter experts from NP&E user groups to understand their current processes as well as future direction. Utilizing knowledge of Mobility network infrastructure, offer solutions to user groups that will automate and enhance process execution. With consideration to system performance, development schedules, and
business impact, manage the development schedule by prioritizing feature requests submitted by SMEs. Document and communicate iPlan feature updates. In conjunction with the development team, assist the team to maintain and communicate iPlan feature roadmap. Work with SMEs to provide support to users.
