The ideal candidate will have:
-5-7 years of infrastructure knowledge- understanding networking, systems administration and operations background
-3-5 years of information security best practices
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical terms to business and other teams
-Experience in working through complex risk assessments including hardware, software and restricted data; and identifying the vulnerability gaps in solutions and practices and make recommendations for how to close the gaps
-Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion and detection and prevention systems and security information and even management solutions
-Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI and CCPA
-Knowledge of information security principles and best practices, including vulnerability management, access controls, and incident response
-Knowledge of NIST and CIS 18 controls- frameworks that they follow
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks proactivelyNetwork Infrastructure, Network Security, Security Risk Assessments, Risk Assessment, Conduct Risk Assessments, Perform Risk Assessments
