The mandate of the Pre-Press team is to translate card designs to beautiful, error-free, and quality-checked forms that are ready for press. Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Adobe AEM & WorkfrontSystems Lead to own and manage the integrity of all pre-press files and assets, and to prioritize job scheduling and execution in line with our Pre-Press team's commitment to quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, technically skilled, and brings deep experience in Adobe's workflow and systems. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

In this role you will:

• Own and manage the integrity of all pre-press assets stored in Adobe AEM, including the establishment and maintenance of a clear hierarchy and folder structure
• Proactively prioritize and coordinate pre-press jobs aligned to deadlines, importance, and product release calendar
• Develop and leverage deep knowledge of asset creation, catalogue, and technical DAM system to act as subject matter expert for pre-press file creation and all DAM system inquiries
• Administrate access, support workflows, and problem-solve technical issues arising across both Adobe Workfront & AEM
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of AEM and Workfront's capabilities, including project management, asset curation, and storage

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an AEM and Workfront administrator or in a similar asset and project management role
• Demonstrated proficiency operating and managing projects in Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and pre-press techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and data/asset librarian skillset, especially with regard to digital assets and process improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flex across multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
