This position is Eastern Wyoming based.
The primary function of the Senior Engineer is to provide advanced technical support and configuration of complex IT systems and issues. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies and customer-centric approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Take lead on client projects, upgrades, and new equipment implementation.
· Evaluate new software and systems for business strategies.
· Perform installations and upgrades outside normal business hours.
· Perform software installations using tools and scripts.
· Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
· Identify and communicate urgent situations for timely resolution.
· Troubleshoot network and software issues, manage user expectations.
· Accurately document incidents through our ticketing system.
· Keep user environments updated with effective communication.
· Support team members as a technical escalation point.
· Contribute to team development and growth.
· May require early or late start shifts as determined.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of experience preferred in Windows server administration support.
· Advanced knowledge and experience in supporting and delivering infrastructure projects including some or most of the following technologies:
o MS Azure
o Microsoft 365 Suite
o SharePoint
o MS Intune
o Networking
o Windows Server
· Advanced Microsoft certifications, CCNA, or other major certification required.
· Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office suite, and TCP/IP networking and equipment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in the management, deployment, and repair of Windows environments.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
· Familiarity with printers, cameras, scanners, and PC installation and configuration.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer relationship management.
· Ability to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and work effectively in a team.

· Various other vendor portals
Must be willing to relocate to an Eastern Wyoming community if needed.
