Our team in Military Aircraft Group is looking for a Systems Development Test Engineer to join them. You will report to the Military Test Engineering Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.
To be considered for the Systems Development Test Engineer role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- Typically possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus two or three years of development laboratory experience
- A suitable alternative is an Associate's degree with exceptional experience that has gained the candidate the ability to execute cognitive engineering tasks
- Knowledge of closed-loop control systems, mechanical hardware design, and ability to utilize and quickly learn advanced design or analysis techniques
- Formally trained or practically obtained working knowledge of engineering
As a Systems Development Test Engineer, you will:
- Create reliable designs by preparing and performing a comprehensive experimental Development Test program for complex components and systems
- Validate conceptual problem solutions by performing trade studies and analyses
- Prepare proposal designs, cost estimates, and technical reports
- Create reliable designs through comprehensive experimental development and qualification test program
- Ensure that complete and accurate test program data and records are generated and maintained

Salary Range:
- The base pay range for this opportunity is $69,638.40 - $128,585.60 per year
