- Responsible for Power systems analysis, fault current analysis, protection coordination, protective relay settings and documentation development and review for a variety of equipment and applications.
- Evaluate equipment specifications and application of new equipment based on customer and industry standards.
- Develop custom logic and control schemes.
- Develop relay settings and other deliverables with a focus on quality and accuracy for review by senior staff.
- Complete protection coordination studies and setting calculations.
- Coordinate with project engineering lead on assigned projects and tasks.
- Promote efficient flow of information and ensure complete and accurate record keeping.
- Responsible for effective project planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
- EI/EIT preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of typical transmission, substation and distribution protection applications
- Experience with ASPEN Oneliner, AcSELerator Quickset, ETAP, SKM, CYME, or CAPE software preferred.
In accordance with local law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $70,000 - $78,000. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
