About the Role:
The System Implementation Analyst will ensure that deployments of new applications or upgrades are planned and carried out successfully. Responsible for maintaining the current implementations to ensure continued performance. This role will be involved in creating documentation and interacting with end users.
What You Will Do:
- Define procedures for documenting complex systems.
- Test, Configure, and Implement solutions within Actimize, Bridger, and Visa Risk Manager.
- Collaborate with Compliance, BSA, and FIU business partners on software effectiveness and outcomes.
- Participate on business project teams, fulfilling required deliverables, metrics and reporting related to the Actimize system.
- Manage the review, analysis and modifications of systems including verification, validation, testing and deployment efforts.
- Use expert knowledge base to consult with others in the business on utilization our programs.
- Design and build new Actimize, Bridger, and Visa Risk Manager functionality or solutions.
- Work with management to provide information necessary to implement changes.
- Work with end users to validate, create and implement desired changes.
- Documentation of system functionality, capabilities and changes.
- Develop a consistent view of product performance and operational support functions.
- Analyze, document and validate outcomes of the systems supported.
- Query and analyze data to troubleshoot system issues and ensure proper data movement.
- Utilize organizational software applications to customize and structure workflows for the department.
- Solve complex data issues both independently and collaboratively.
- Understands the budget, scope, and timeline for projects and upgrades.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, and relational databases.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript and XML.
- Experience with Actimize preferred.
- Self-starter with an attention to details.
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
