SCM Functional Project Analyst – Business Systems Implementation Project CORE
Summary:
Our client is embarking on a key strategic initiative to implement Workday ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance (FIN) and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules system wide. We are currently seeking a Finance Functional Project Analyst to join our Business Systems Implementation CORE project team.
Candidate experience and related skillsets include strong experience with a SCM SaaS ERP implementation and an understanding of the following SCM areas:
- Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, PAR Management, Inventory and Item Master Management, and Receipt to Delivery Management.
Responsibilities:
The SCM Functional Project Analyst will be responsible to:
- Develop and Execute test scenarios:
- Collaborate with the Functional Process Lead to understand and co-develop test scenarios and test scripts.
- Independently execute a variety of test cases, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Document test results accurately and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
- Provide Functional Project support:
- Assist the Functional Process Lead with various tasks, such as data mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation.
- Research and provide insights on specific functional areas and processes.
- Participate in implementation meetings and collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation.
- Assist in data cleansing efforts.
- Provide subject matter expertise (plus):
- While not mandatory, prior experience with Workday SCM or similar enterprise systems is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of specific SCM processes and best practices is a valuable asset.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- A deep understanding of core SCM functions including:
- Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, PAR Management, Inventory and Item Master Management, and Receipt to Delivery Management is essential.
- Strong ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing requirements.
- Have a proven track record of driving process improvements in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Workday experience is preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
