Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for a System Administrator to work as part of a system integration team to provide solution implementation, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services for the Client.
The team will develop and implement a Salesforce solution that will replace the client’s existing thirty-one (31) existing program area applications (primarily Microsoft .NET), which often supports overlapping functions, each with its own interfaces and unique outputs. The solution must eliminate the manual effort to process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for a number of program applications while continuing to electronically process the $1.5 billion annually (and 100,000 transactions per year) for the fund which is currently managed via Oracle E-Business Suite.
The implementation services include all the work required to prepare, modify, and configure the solution to meet solution requirements including the preparation and loading of data, system testing, applicable training, organizational change management, go-live and post-go-live support.
The System Administrator has overall responsibility for production operations and security requirements. Specific tasks including but not limited to:
- Oversees the management of the staging and production environments.
- Ensures compliance with requirements for the functionality transitioned to production.
- Manages system access, including user administration, roles, and permissions.
- Manages Maintenance and Operations activities, including Service Level Agreements, security, performance and incident reporting, issue escalation and resolution, and post-implementation changes.
- Manages the Maintenance and Operations team, including subcontractors and subcontractor resources.
Mandatory Experience:
Within the last 15 years, served in a System Administrator role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for five (5) years involving a cloud-based SaaS solution(s) with at least 5,000+ users.
Within the last 15 years, served in a System Administrator role for two (2) complex IT projects with a contract value of at least ten million ($10M) and at least 5,000+ users involving integration of disparate systems into a cloud-based SaaS solution.
Within the last 15 years, served in a System Administrator role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for five (5) years with responsibilities that include: installing, configuring, and troubleshooting cloud-based SaaS solution(s), backup/restore processes, partitions, storage solutions, and access; monitoring and optimizing system performance and security; and setting user/group privileges.
Within the last 15 years, served in a System Administrator role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for two (2) years on a Salesforce solution.
Must be able to provide references for all projects used to meet the Mandatory and Desirable Qualifications.
Mandatory Experience:
- Within the last 15 years, has 5 years or more of total experience working within and administering Salesforce solutions.
- Has an active Salesforce System Administrator certification. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.
