Job Description:
This position is for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Support person within Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) organization, supporting the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Information Technology (IT) Applications business area. The candidate will be part of a fast paced team and is expected to think on their feet and work independently. Opportunities may include, but are not limited to: \u2022 Monitor daily batch job schedules running Informatica and SQL Server SSIS extracts and reports \u2022 Perform first tier support in solving job failures from above schedules, escalate and collaborate with the tier 2 and tier 3 support as needed \u2022 Assist team in managing Service and Change request tickets \u2022 Interact with the user community to assist with a variety of technical problems \u2022 Other administrative support for Business Intelligence & Analytics tools Must be a US citizen. The preferred work location for this position is Stratford, CT, however other LM RMS locations or virtual will be considered.
Mandatory Skills:
\u2022 General knowledge of ETL processes and systems
\u2022 Basic understanding of mainstream database systems
\u2022 General experience with job scheduling systems
\u2022 General experience with IT Service Management systems (e.g. Service Now or Remedy)
