Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a part-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Fresno.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
Maintains an above average attendance record.
Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma required
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
Previous Military encouraged to apply
