Title:Switchboard Operator – Onsite
You will answer calls for a premier medical facility within sight of the Golden Gate bridge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Friday 6:00 am - 1:30 pm
- Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
- Maintains an above average attendance record.
- Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Can work without direct supervision.
