Position Description:
The Medical Records/Switchboard technician will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, transferring patient medical records into the clinic electronic medical record (EMR) system; they will also be handling internal and external requests for medical records; serve as back up to scheduling and assist with various billing office duties.
Pay:
Starting at $18/hr

Skills/Qualifications:
The Medical Records/Switchboard will be able to work independently or as part of a team. Will be reliable and accountable for assigned tasks. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with electronic medical records software and phone systems a plus.
