Looking for dependable and reliable person to assist with Pool Service work. This job will require lifting heavy equipment or supplies 50-70lbs from time to time. This job will be SEASONAL, mostly March-Late November. This job will start full-time and work into part-time depending on weather and season, mostly working 40 hours per week. October will mostly be 40 hours work weeks, may slow down last of November. Work will be done off location and at client’s location. This individual will be working remotely with manager, riding from job to job in company truck.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Cleaning pools by skimming surface
- Vacuum pool & clean out any debris
- Assisting with sand changes
- Assist with pool/motor repairs & replacements
- Add pool chemicals and remove any trash
- Assist with pool openings and closings
- Assist in stocking shelves with merchandise while in store during idle times or while waiting on manger

- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Good with written and verbal communication skills
- Needs to be flexible

Most of the time, you will communicate with 4 generations in the store. We take pride in being the #1 Pool Store in Wilson County. We work hard to take care of our customers. We take pride in being efficient, reliable, and a reputable business in and around our community. We service several surrounding counties, but currently only do service work in Wilson Co. We want our staff to take the same pride in their work as we do.
