Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in Pool Renovation project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years in construction sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize, multitask, make decisions, exhibit professionalism, and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to physically operate pool equipment. When needed, turn on and off, start-up filter pump, remove hydrostatic plug or operate demolition hammer to drill holes.
- Effectively communicate the plan with construction crews to achieve the customers Pool Renovation vision.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is experienced in all aspects of Pool Renovation, and capable of selling and managing a project from beginning to completion.
Sales Responsibilities
- Contact customers and set up initial appointments.
- Meet with customers and thoughtfully develop/design/redesign their existing pool and backyard space.
- Operate a surface pro tablet in order to quote a customer in their backyard.
- · Annotate all appropriate information in a timely fashion in the lead tracking report.
- · Follow up with customers as needed/required.
- · Work with scheduling team after the project is sold and progress to project management.
- · Create sales addendums and adjust the agreement as needed.
- · Meet with customers to select materials i.e. tile, coping, decking type and color.
- Ensure Drive is up to date with all pertinent photos and documents.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Turn off pool equipment, drain pool, remove hydrostatic plug, turn on equipment and start up pool filter pump.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by construction crews.
- Manage partners to ensure proper balance is met regarding workload based on PM experience, performance, project detail, and quantity.
- Conduct daily routine job site visits to ensure projects are on course.
- ensure customers, processing, scheduling teams have consistent and sustained communication on each project.
- Conduct Job audits / reviews with renovation manager to ensure that each job put into production meets profitability expectations.
- Constructively manage (or supervise the handling of) customer complaints related to renovation construction.
- Control labor costs and expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Review and audit sold client files for company required information.
- Ensure all customer construction/plan change addendums are completed and turned into accounting in a timely manner.
- Ensure to use company CRM / ERP detailing each construction phase.
- Ensure Drive is up to date with all pertinent photos and documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,200.00 - $85,000.00 per year
