Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates weekly practice schedule and workouts.
Schedules coaches for weekly practice. Holds monthly coaches meetings and communicates well to the team.
Communicates efficiently and clearly with Members regarding tryouts, progress, and team information. Including monthly newsletters and parent info sessions.
Coordinates monthly team socials at the club using a wide variety of fun resources.
Always providing quality customer service to all members and team members. Communicates feedback well to the team and helps maintain the organization of the pool.
Creates connections with other coaches in the area to coordinate meets.
Attends all swim meets as a USA swim certified coach.
Processes all billing, meet, and team information through Team Unify to keep clear records of financials.
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
3+ years swim coaching
Experience with Team Unify and Meet Manager is ideal
Certifications
USA Swimming Certified Coach
