About the Role:
Hims & Hers is looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and experienced SVP to lead our People Operations team as we continue to grow and scale. In this role, you will partner with and serve as a member of the senior leadership team. Leading a cross-functional team whose work touches all aspects of the business, you understand the importance of a well-developed and intentional processes to support the hiring, onboarding, and growth of Hims & hers.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Executive Leadership Team to build a world-class culture and successfully implement strategic solutions that support business growth, employee engagement and retention
  • Lead the organization to deliver best-in-class People Operations including recruiting and retention, performance management and development, onboarding, employee engagement, L&D, DE&I initiatives and employee relations
  • Oversee the fundamental aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, and HR systems, with an understanding and appreciation for varying cultural norms and regulatory practices around the world

Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development, with a mix of both large company and early-stage Tech industry experience
  • 7+ years prior management experience building and leading HR teams (and ideally recruiting teams as well), with an international scope. A true builder at heart!
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with senior business leaders, managers, and peers. You are a strong influencer and collaborator
  • High energy, high empathy, and clearly a cultural champion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep where needed and make decisions based on data.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H's compensation range for this role.
H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU's) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don't ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying!
An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is
$325,000 - $375,000 USD
