Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Growth
- Set goals for execution of the Development Services contract in collaboration with WM and SP leadership via the Joint Operating Committee.
- Work closely with clinical executive lead, Dr. Micah Krempasky and key WM support departments to achieve the objectives of the Development Services contract.
- Develop specific tactical and operating plans necessary for the successful execution of the contract.
- Assist in the successful recruitment of the permanent executive leader and assist in onboarding support of the new leader.
- Ensure coordination with WM organization-wide goals.
- Regularly review and update the contract execution progress.
- Identify new opportunities consistent with overall strategic objectives.
- Ensure brand awareness for the organization’s projects and services.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Lead internal and external partnership discussions in support of contract initiatives.
Quality
- Establish quality standards for implementing the development plan goals and develop tools to monitor performance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead quality improvement activities specific to the contract.
- Oversee processes impacting contract outcomes.
- Develop contract management reports to support achievement of goals across the organization.
Service

- Behavioral health medical directors
- Acute care hospital Presidents and CNOs
- Acute care emergency department medical directors and nurse managers
- Finance department leaders
- Payor strategies department leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Master’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or behavioral health discipline.
- At least seven years of experience in project or contract management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in working with multidisciplinary teams to execute complex contracts.

- Travel between campuses required.
- Required to demonstrate competence and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software Products including Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to the Vice President & COO, SPS
- For day-to-day operations of WakeMed Health, reports to Chief Medical Officer, Mental Health &Well-being.
- Supervises the assigned direct reports as specified in the Agreement.
