  • Oversee our people function. Craft innovative strategies and spearhead the evolution of our culture as we strengthen our local processes and embark on further national expansion.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to our HR, People Operations, and People Intelligence teams, empowering them to excel by removing obstacles and enabling them to focus on their core strengths.
  • Utilize your expertise in areas such as organizational planning, retention, people data, tools, and diversity & inclusion to enhance overall performance and efficiency across the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure alignment of HR strategies with our broader business objectives.
  • Partner with our Executive Leadership team to nurture and sustain a culture of inclusion where every employee feels valued, acknowledged, and empowered to perform their best work.
  • Identify and empower change champions within the organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage personnel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legislation, interfacing with legal as necessary, and developing materials including the employee handbook.
