Sushi Chef

Hapa Sushi Boulder is looking for a salaried Sushi Chef with full time availability and strong backgrounds in:

• All things sushi (Rice, temaki, makisushi, nigiri, sashimi, chirashi, etc...)
• Breaking down fish and other fine knife work (Cutting negi or katsuramuki)
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety precautions in accordance with local health code regulations.
• Upselling and providing omakase and/or menu recommendations to the guests at the sushi bar while entertaining and completing other tasks required of you.
• Management experience running a kitchen or preferably a sushi bar is a plus but not required.

Pay scale commensurate upon experience and schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
