Halff has a current opening for a Survey Party Chief in our Bentonville, AR location. This position will entail leading a two- or three-person survey field crew to perform field surveys accurately and efficiently in support of land development, transportation, utility, energy, and land surveying projects using conventional, GPS, or terrestrial laser scanning methodology.

Survey Party Chief Benefits/Perks:
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week, even in inclement weather.

Survey Party Chief Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Party Chief performing topographic surveys, DOT (preferably ARDOT), ALTA and boundary surveys.
- Experience with Trimble GPS and/or Conventional equipment.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Must possess a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written or delivered verbally.
- Proficient in modern means of communication and use of portable smart devices.
- Highly punctual and responsible regarding dependability and attendance.
- May be required to start working at 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, depending upon work needs, however flexible work hours are available and may change with situations.
- Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet project deadlines.
- Travel generally up to two weeks at a time may be required for position, up to 50%.
