The requirements for this position are the following:
- At least a bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or other IT degrees. (Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees).
- 15 years of experience relevant to the following requirements:
- Support the Lifecycle Survey Management including developing survey tools, gathering information using the survey tools, analyzing the collected data, and presenting findings and or interpretations using various methods:
- Experience and skill in lifecycle Survey Management, from item development, analysis, interpretation, and results visualization, to briefing results.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Applied knowledge of statistical analysis, survey methods, design, and analysis.
- Applied knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Support the development, enhancement, maintenance, and oversight of the Knowledge Services Network (KSN) using Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps.
- Maintain user accounts to include adding and/or deleting user accounts and resetting passwords.
- Create, design, and update KSN sub-sites and features based on customer needs and requests.
- Address issues relating to KSN access to applications.
- Support the development of workflows, dashboards, surveys, and other KM-related tasking using MS tools and Tableau.
- Research, identify, and document Knowledge Management (KM) processes.
- Prepare and conduct KM interviews, meetings, and briefings.
- Prepare reports on KM, manage, and analyze data gathered through KM.
- Perform business analysis and provide business management support as follows:
- Supply inputs to the development, maintenance, and publishing of business plans in accordance with Agency policies.
- Perform business data analytics, develop, and maintain dashboards using Tableau and other analysis tools.
- Provide reports and white papers based on analyses to support decision-making and management briefings.
