Survey Cad Technician

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare preliminary detailed drawings using Carlson, Civil 3D and or AutoCAD for survey projects including ALTA, ALTA for DESIGN, Boundary, As-Built, Sub-Division and existing land development projects.
• Research and obtain standards/codes required by clients and Jurisdictions and ensure drawings are compliant and follow local and state law.
• Complete drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information in accordance with Company standards.
• Collaborate with Survey Team to ensure accuracy of drawings and timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculum or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Carlson and or Civil 3D in a Survey design capacity.
• Ability work effectively with Survey Team members.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
